Waterfront home and cottage on Copano Bay with a private 300 foot pier! Amazing views! Waterside firepit! Boat parking! The main house features open concept living, dining, and kitchen with unbeatable views of Copano Bay. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, spacious granite counter tops, and is stocked with everything you need to cook almost any meal. The dining table has seating for 7 and there is extra seating at the bar for 2. The living room has 2 over sized comfy sofas with built in recliners. A great spot to gather for movie night or the big game! There are three bedrooms. The master features a king bed and has an attached bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. There is a large Jack and Jill style bathroom shared by the second and third bedrooms. The huge balcony and upper deck offer ample seating and a wonderful place to take in the scenery and enjoy the cool bay breeze.
Be sure to watch for the dolphin frolicking in the bay.
There is a small beach within walking distance and a nearby boat launch as well.

Summary: Everything was good, except for the fact that there was nowhere to throw the trash. Both outdoor trash cans were full of trash. Aside from that, it is an excellent place for fishing and relaxing.

The only suggestion I would make is to have lights on the fishing pier and on the stairways as the floodlights on the home do not work.

Summary: Clean. Beautiful. Stayed with Girl Scouts. Ventured out during the day. The girls and adults loved the place. Well kept. Easy to locate and access. Manager is always quick to answer any questions. Woujd stay again.

Summary: Honest, all the outdoor deck furniture needs replacing. Dock lights not hooked up. Interior of the home was wonderful. Beds super comfy and sheets pure white. Despite no internet or Wi-Fi (router died) and bad weather, we would not hesitate to book again. Would recommend UNO cards be replaced. 😍
